What is Self-Confidence?

Accepting yourself, flaws and all, and being understanding and forgiving of your mistakes, doing this can reduce negative self-talk and cultivate a more positive, empowering mindset.
  • Negative self-talk can be a major obstacle, it can be easy to fall into the trap of self-doubt and negative thinking patterns. Challenging negative self-talk and reframe it. For example, instead of saying "I'm not good enough," try saying "I have accomplished many things in the past." By changing the way you think, you can change the way you feel and act.

Practicing relaxation techniques, such as meditation or deep breathing, can also reduce stress and increase feelings of calm and confidence.
