Mindfulness Based Inner Repatterning is a somatic therapy that incorporates Emotional Freedom Techniques, Mindfulness and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
The combination of these modalities is a powerful approach to creating personal transformation. It works in the “present moment” the “Now” and can gently resolve issues without having to talk about or analyse “the problem”. It often works extremely quickly, simply because it deals with the true cause of all problems.
